Why Should I Participate?
A person like yourself who may have spent time on a farm or otherwise had agricultural exposures as a child can provide important information about your childhood farming experiences. These experiences may include spending time on or working on a farm. It also includes having parents or family members who worked in farming or applied pesticides. Regardless of whether you live on a farm now or how much direct contact you had with farming as a child, your experiences related to agriculture as a child are important for our study.
How Do I Participate?
You should have received a letter to participate in the study. Use the unique PIN that was listed on the letter and enter it on the register/login page.
Once you enroll, you will be asked to take an online survey, including questions related to your childhood activities and your overall health, your regular habits, your medical history, work history, and where you have lived. After you enroll in the study, you may be contacted for additional study opportunities.
If you have not received a letter but think you should be a part of the study, please contact us
